Responsibilities included acquiring new clients; managing sales performance and client relationships across 20 sales people and 700 clients within a Nomura International PLC business unit generating $300m revenues in 2010 (from $22m in 2005).• Found and on-boarded >50 new clients, who together generated over $40m revenue over the last 6 years, with $11m the annual exit run rate for 2010-11. Personally found three of the 20 highest revenue-producing clients in 2010-11.• Created and implemented various new sales processes including a global code of conduct; a global daily sales meeting; client and account reviews; and quarterly operational reviews (with qualitative and quantitative metrics). Sales productivity doubled over the last 6 years, and the global sales team beat budget in 5 of the 6 years.• Created and implemented a marketing programme which drove the tactical performance of sales, trading and research personnel for the annual Greenwich Associates industry survey, where we regularly achieved a top 5 ranking in Europe, despite modest origination.• Member of 6-person management team that ran the whole business; personally coordinated all dashboarding, forecasting and talent management for the management team.
