I moved to NDY London for the Ned hotel project - a landmark hotel in the very heart of London. I provided mechanical and project lead for the redevelopment of grade 1 listed Midlands Bank (a Lutyens design) to a luxurious faded glamour themed hotel. The Pavilion is a statement timber building at the IQ entrance. The active facade, central energy system and aesthetic demands for hidden grilles required a number of unique solutions. Show less

Metricon Stadium – I designed and pitched an integrated solar stadium roof concept to local/state/federal government. My solutions were recognised with an NDY innovation prize and the project named as finalist in the 2012 Stadium Business Awards.Cloncurry Solar Project - on the back of my involvement with Metricon I was approached by the Queensland government to help deliver utility scale solar at Cloncurry with the design, calling and review of an international reverse tender. 215 Adelaide Street – I provided design/project lead this CBD tower NABERS upgrade (2.5 to 5 star). Spanning over 5 years the project included NABERS rating, investigation and feasibility reports, NABERS commitment agreement, full design/tender/construction and 2 years energy/BMS monitoring and fine tuning.
