Connect Ahead is a mentoring program for Haile US Bank College of Business students. A Mentor (current College of Business Junior or Senior) is connected with a Rookie (College of Business Freshman) for mentoring, networking, and other growth opportunities. During this experience, Mentor & Rookie teams have a chance to pursue a Haile Micro Internship (HMI) and get paid for it! HMI is an amazing experience where students are connected to a faculty member for a limited period of time to work on a major-specific project. Later, students can add skills obtained from a HMI on their resume/LinkedIn as accomplishments.
