•Responsible for providing up-time service delivery for Infosys Ltd. & Infosys BPO, State Bank Of India and its Associate Banks, Federal Bank Ltd., Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Services Ltd., South Indian Bank Ltd., Dhanalaxmi Bank Ltd., Syndicate Bank Ltd., V-Guard industries Ltd., etc.•Responsible for first level escalation management of Managed Service Clients across region.•Responsible for providing uptime service management for Infosys Ltd. & Infosys BPO on Cisco SMARNET solutions. Manage all Cisco related TAC/RMA calls across Infosys locations in India and provide hands-foot resource support too.•Involved in customer network provisioning, Bandwidth upgradation, network shifting and commissioning & decommissioning of Leased Line/MPLS links.•Providing technical support to MS customers and projects in Kerala region on Cisco Devices and Solutions, which includes Implementation, Management and Troubleshooting of Networks.•Following the company work flow to analyze, diagnose, isolate and rectify network faults.•Leading and managing the team activities and team member’s deployment.•Coordinating with different service providers for implementing & completing the new assignments and projects.•Periodic Meetings with the existing clients for better client satisfaction and also to understand their new requirements if any.•Active involvement in implementation and other post sales activities like project co-ordination, installation activities, commissioning and successful hand over of the site to the customer.

•Responsible for WAN Project –FEDWIDE NOC for Federal Bank Ltd. Federal Bank is a regional banking giant with strong national presence and global reach. The bank has a wide network of more than 1000 branches covering almost all the important cities in India. Installing, configuring and maintaining Cisco routers and switches at FEDWIDE NOC and its branch locations remotely. •As a Resident Network Engineer at FEDWIDE Datacenter location, leading the complete NOC operations and managing the team activities. •Performing day-to-day ticketing, event/alarm tracking job, monitoring & troubleshooting their daily network related problems.•Providing proactive Cisco based large-scale enterprise network monitoring, management and maintenance for more than 1000 branches & 20 Network Aggregation Points (NAP) in all over India.•Responsible for their DC & DR network related activities and upgradation.•Providing fault diagnosis, root cause analysis in all areas; Routing, Switching, WAN/Remote Access & Security/VPN.•Involved in FEDWIDE network provisioning, Bandwidth upgradation, network shifting and decommissioning.•Coordinating with local / international service providers, local / international vendors and third-parity technical support for troubleshooting.•Manage up-time calls from their branch offices and provide resources to maintain the uptime activities.

•Network Support Engineer responsible for providing hands-foot technical support to customers in the region on Cisco Devices and Solutions, which includes Implementation, Management and Troubleshooting of Networks comprising of Routing, Switching, Security & VoIP.•Responsible for WAN Project- SBI CONNECT for State Bank of India & its Associate Banks. SBI Connect: - A Network spans 12,000 branches in 450 cities across the country. A Cisco based solution for the same was proposed by Datacraft India Limited to fulfill the requirement. As part of this project, branches were connected using Cisco Routers with Leased Lines and ISDN as a backup. Provided the field technical support to all their branches in assigned district.•Responsible for WAN Project –FEDWIDE for Federal Bank Ltd.FEDWIDE: - Federal Bank is a regional banking giant with strong national presence and global reach. The bank has a wide network of more than 1000 branches covering almost all the important cities in India. I was involved in the project for interconnecting the bank’s branches for online ATM services. Installing, configuring and maintaining Cisco routers and switches. Routing across the network was achieved using dynamic routing protocols run on the routers.
