Current• Establishes relationships with current customers to maintains consistent contact to communicate deal updates, new solutions and services, and pre-/post-sale support to ensure repeat business• Maintains and grows volume of entire portfolio• Negotiates deals between dealership decision makers on unsold auction cars • Meets and exceeds monthly sales quota in assigned territory• Meets and exceeds KPIs• Analyzes and reports customer data to optimize sales cycle• Presents dealership portfolio reviews• Works cross functionally with the following teams: field services, titles management, accounting, arbitration, and more• Documents activities and strategies in Salesforce consistently
