I had a great experience joining the Inspirent team where I contributed to the delivery of the Digital Development Loan Initiative as project executive, working closely with DSL Business Finance as delivery partner to provide interest free loan funding to over 200 Scottish SMEs. This initiative was part of the Scottish Governments plan to boost the economy by supporting businesses in engaging digital adoption projects and increasing digital workforce skills. The people within Inspirent have a wealth of knowledge and expertise in business support which provided a learning opportunity of great value to me, another highlight was the ability to engage businesses across multiple industry sectors and discuss digital projects and solutions.I have a mixed bag of skills with particular strengths in providing a great client experience through proactive communication and relationship building, together with the use of tried and tested project management methodologies for project planning, process creation and continuous improvement.I discovered myself to be a digital enthusiast whilst working within the Ministry of Justice from 2009-2015 where I provided on-site IT support in addition to court service administration, and have learned to intuitively apply web and app based solutions to complex business requirements in a number of roles since.I enjoy audio production (using my favourite software Ableton Live), improving my skills in video production and I definitely have too many interests competing for my free time!
