I am a business student and a Digital Marketing intern, with a passion for learning and applying innovative strategies to drive organizational success. I am pursuing my BBA in Finance, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship at Iqra University, I have also completed my HDSE (Higher Diploma in Software Engineering), acquiring basic skills in web development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and React Native.Currently, I work as a Human Resources Intern at GAOTek Inc., where I assist with various HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management. I have also gained experience in customer support, e-commerce, and project management from a previous freelance project as a Customer Support Representative on Shopify. I am proficient in using tools such as Gorgias, Fresh Desk, Asana, and Slack to manage customer queries, orders, invoices, and team collaboration.
