I was lucky enough to witness the whole recruitment procedure and understand the employee interview process from the employer’s perspective. Organising documents, registering field staff activities, assisting recruitment were some of the tasks that I carried out.I had also contributed in the sales and IT departments respectively. With the guidance of my co-workers, i was able to learn and carry out various tasks in these departments including: operating the company database and invoice management.Working with one of the industrial leaders was nothing less than a pleasure and i can strongly state that it was a productive period. Working at Prana Lounge was very exciting and educational. Although it was my first job, i was able to learn and work significantly during my time there. The team was very supportive and i was able to carry out tasks such as petty cash management, customer service, store management and other administrative tasks.My job involved interaction with clients from various parts of the world, and assisting them with their needs helped me develop my communication skills.
