自我關鍵字：邏輯清晰、負責任、細心大膽不散漫、獨立自主、性格積極，善於與人交流。 我擁有的能力如下 1. 高自律、抗壓性、邏輯清晰： 擁有高度抗壓性，就算事務雜亂也可以馬上釐清狀況，維持工作效率及品質。 *曾有客戶提出26項商品需求、希望公司能在3小時內出貨部份商品並告知其餘商品到貨時程，馬上釐清急迫項目並統整所有可以同時處理的品項、依照緊急度分配人員處理，同時緊急聯繫廠商確認時程，最後順利於時限內完成客戶要求，並統整待出貨商品預計到貨時間清單。 2. 活動統籌及執行：帶領團隊共同規劃，完成2場工作人員招募活動及1次表演徵選。 *因活動統計需要600位以上工作人員，帶領12人小組在2個月內籌備場地及安排導引/說明人員、舉辦實體招募說明會，共計800人以上報名參與，並成功募得超過600位現場人員，解決活動面臨人員不足的危機。 3. 專案執行控管及危機處理： 於10個月內，與80人團隊、7個部份一同規劃，並持續追蹤控管進度，最終辦理規模高達13萬人參與的活動。 *曾經發生日本國際巨星於活動前於網路宣布將來台參與活動。當下迅速成立7人專案處理小組，針對來台事宜與經紀人進行行前溝通協調，並在2個月內完成抵台後行程規劃、器材設備洽談、登車規劃及歷時7分鐘之發言流程規劃，且適度達成對方提出的需求。 4. 內、外部溝通協調： 協助工作人員培訓，與人溝通協調上站在對方立場換位思考，可同時跟多家廠商、政府部門及客戶聯繫而不混亂。 *曾於活動前1個月時，其中1位組長突然提出離職，經私下了解是因為與其他組別意見不合導致不愉快，緊急於2天內與雙方開會確認、協調溝通後，發現是組員轉達錯誤造成誤會，順利將組長留下，免除面臨緊急抽換人造成的人力及交接損失。 我已準備好面臨下一個新的挑戰，原因如下：首先，我擁有企圖心、並擁有高抗壓性及高積極度。其次，我不畏面臨挑戰，熱愛在其中茁壯成長，並總是為自己設定更高的目標。 第三，我能夠獨立的多任務處理能力。目前每週固定安排日文語言並參與PMP課程進修，每日大量閱讀時事、汲取新知識，維持固定運動、持續增進自我。 而現在，期待發揮自己所擁有的能力，在公司中盡心盡力，一起讓公司更加茁壯。--My name is Airker, I'm working in Shieng Shung Machine company, it's a factory majored in manufacturing automatic soap production machine. My responsibilities are make sure all process and schedule are going on time, coordination with engineer or supplier, develop new suppliers to make purchases, communicate with Japanese customers.The character traits of myself are as follows:1. logical thinking, highly stress resistant, self-disciplined.Even the things are messy, I can immediately clarify the situation and maintain work efficiency and quality.2. Event coordination and execution.Leading team jointly planned and completed twice of the recruit activities and a performance selection.3. Project execution control and crisis management.Lead a team of 80 people from 7 departments to plan together, and continue to track and control the progress. In the end, the event with a scale of up to 130,000 people was successfully handled within 10 months.4. communication and coordination.Assist staff in training, communicate and coordinate with people, stand on the other side's position and think in other places. Can contact with multiple manufacturers, government departments and customers at the same time without confusion.I am confirmed that I am ready for taking new challenge.
