PowerTech Services provides commercial IT services. My role with PowerTech is to manage all marketing for the company. I attend Chamber events, networking functions, sales meetings, speaking events and more. I manage social media platforms and website.Also responsible for billing and customer service.

As the Digital Media Specialist I maintain the company's social media marketing platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, and our blog. I handle marketing campaigns and all marketing/promotional items. I create the designs for our handouts such as magnets, cards, brochures, etc. I also manage the social media platforms for other companies as well, helping them to grow their brand.As the Marketing Executive I take our customer's needs and formulate plans to help them reach their IT goals. We help them plan budgets, form time frames for projects, and help them become more organized as a whole. I handle any questions or concerns our customers have. Also, I arrange the meetings between customers and the owner of the company and/or a technician should one be requested. I am also responsible for customer follow-ups and resolving any issues a customer might have. I am responsible for all the planning of any event My IT People participates in such as an expo. I supervise the ordering of promotional items, the production of hand out material, the set-up and take down of our area at said expo, and also I make sure everything sticks to the schedule.I also do contract work for customers. I can design Facebook Landing Pages, take over their social media updating, and simple web pages. I have a successful track record of increasing client's weekly reach to the public via social media. The increases have ranged from a 300% increase all the way up to a 1,100% increase. I formulate campaigns to get your brand noticed. I can create contests, coupons, give-a-ways, like gates and more.I attend all networking events, hold positions in two chambers, and maintain the IT chair for BNI- Referral Masters. I also hold the IT position for the Pearland Women's Business Club.Our focus at My IT People is on providing business clients solutions to the everyday problems they run into trying to do what they do best. IT is not their core business but it is ours.
