CurrentKey responsibilities:+ Oversees agency with full function: business development, client strategy & direction, creative, production, media planning, research, digital, HR and finance.+ Develop & grow existing and new client relationships+ Oversees brand strategies for the agency & clients+ Provide strategic & account leadership on client engagements+ Lead the growth & development of the client’s business within the agency+ Work closely with teams to ensure projects are delivered on strategy, on time, on budget & delivered in the highest quality+ Ensure that project, product & campaign solutions are on strategy and achieving client goals+ Effectively balance the needs of the client, as well as the needs of the agency and internal teams+ Identify & participate in business development+ Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment+ Provide thought leadership for innovation, creativity & process improvement initiatives
