From a tender age, I harbored an intense fascination with the intricacies of the human mind and behaviour. This profound interest led me to study Psychology and having an exciting and memorable career in the Singapore uniformed services. My adaptability had allowed me to seamlessly navigate diverse roles and environments. My communication skills had been tested often and in different environments, as I had managed relationships with government bodies, private organizations, and the broader community. My ability to forge connections with diverse groups and instill team cohesiveness had proved pivotal in achieving project and organizational milestones on a number of ocassions. I am composed under pressure, and had exhibited analytical prowess and flexibility in strategic planning, prioritization, and coordination. My contributions were duly acknowledged through a staggering 39 awards and accolades spanning institutional, organizational, ministerial and national arenas.My insatiable thirst for knowledge and dedication to continuous education and skills enhancement had fueled my personal and professional growth. I was Introduced to the world of digital marketing during a quest for new learning experiences. I found in this field a nexus of my fascination with the human mind and behavior. I made a strategic shift from the uniformed services to embark on a new adventure. I navigated the freelancing world and expanded my knowledge to be certified in the skills that would be vital in this field. Leveraging the leadership, teamwork, discipline, adaptability, resilience, problem-solving, and integrity instilled during my uniformed service tenure, I founded A Digital Marketing Company Pte. Ltd. in late-2023 to elevate and expand my operations. Digital Marketing is constantly evolving. Something may work for the audience today, but not tomorrow. It's fascinating to understand why and exhilarating to create or discover what's next.I watch earnestly as digital marketing evolves and unfolds new knowledge and experiences.
