As a skilled and experienced recruiter, I have a passion for connecting talented individuals with their dream careers. With an understanding of the job market as well as a keen eye for talent, I strive to match the right candidates with the right opportunities. I never thought 25 years ago I’d choose my career as a recruiter. Initially, I began my career in property management at the age of 19 yrs old where I developed my skill set and experience to become a data analyst for a large property management firm. I was given the opportunity to become a recruiter for a staffing agency based out of Maryland and remained there as a recruiter for 4 years. I decided to take on a new venture with Connect Pro Dynamics simply because it’s a newly staffing agency which means I’ll be able to not only grow within this company but witness the growth of this company. Working with a newer agency means working for a diverse range of clients and talents and building a new relationship where we thrive on making sure we meet the needs of both parties. With excellent communication and negotiation skills, I am adept at navigating the recruitment process and securing successful placements. I enjoy the challenge of finding the perfect fit for each unique role and I’m committed to making sure every task is completed from beginning to end.
