My career has evolved from intricate engineering roles in the oil and gas industry to spearheading complex commercial strategies and negotiations, securing vital assets and investments for Nigeria's energy future.In my current role, I drive the integration of sustainable practices across NNPC’s operations, aligning our business strategies with social and environmental goals to ensure long-term value creation. My expertise in managing high-stake negotiations, developing strategic partnerships, and overseeing large-scale commercial agreements has been pivotal in advancing NNPC’s role in the global energy market, while also championing the shift towards sustainable energy practices. I represent NNPC on the Oil and Gas Decarbonisation Charter (OGDC) Steering Committee, contributing to a low-carbon oil and gas business for over 50 member companies. Currently enhancing my strategic leadership skills through MIT’s Chief Sustainability Officer program, I am committed to leveraging my commercial insights to foster innovative, sustainable solutions that meet global standards and drive economic growth.
