I have enjoyed a dynamic career in customer service for the past five years. I have transitioned from operational supervisory roles in fast paced environments such as Priceline and Bunnings, to my current role in administration for a mid sized accounting firm. I have experience in customer service, developing the skills necessary for my roles such as organisation, exceptional communication, time management, attention to detail, problem solving and computer literacy.My time in customer service has been driven by my desire to make a positive impact and after recently completing my Cert IV in Business, I am pursing studies in mental health and youth work.
