Together with organizations & leaders, I am committed to not only making this future a reality but also ensuring it is accessible to all, therefore elevating overall people's experience of working in an organization.Prior to delving into the science of organizational design & change, I found my true calling in collaborating with leaders to enhance their team's performance. My skills in assessing root causes, rapid prototyping, & designing efficient systems & processes, & capturing & analyzing data have enabled me to foster a culture of intentional execution, leading to impactful organizational outcomes. My unwavering passion for discovering innovative ways of working at the intersection of organization design, coaching, & knowledge management propelled me to move from India to Evanston, IL, to pursue my MS in Learning & Organizational Change at Northwestern University.
