Assistant Accountant
CurrentResponsibilities /Area of expertise:• Responsible to handle all accounting related operations and GST. • Account adjustment of all departments within company.• Supervising and overseeing the various the entire revenue generation, customer relationship management as well as recommending various financial accounting process.• Recording and updating financial transactions in accounting software.• Verifying the accuracy of financial documents and ensuring that all entries are made in a timely and efficient manner.• Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes.• Reconciling bank statements and other financial records.• Maintaining accurate and organized financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other documentation.• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports.• Communicating with suppliers and clients to resolve any billing or payment issues.• Supporting the senior accountant in various financial analysis and planning tasks.• Ensuring that all financial procedures are in compliance with relevant regulations and laws
