True friends, supportive family, selfless mentors, good health, are all FREE!Through my career in Project Management & Engineering have had the opportunity to work in some of the most process intensive industries- Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, FMCG & now Veterinary! It's been an incredible journey of learning & achievements- multiple businesses, technologies, processes, geographies... Along the way, have come to see that the most critical elements are to align self and team with organisational goals, be an absolute team player, handle expectations right, communicate clearly & effectively, adapt quickly, & work smart- concept of ‘first time right’!The strength of my learnings coupled with the vision to truly 'make a difference', have taken a big leap by starting my dream venture to support the ‘Indian Dairy Sector - the backbone of our rural economy’ which aims to be the catalyst in transforming livestock farming into a ‘Sustainable Business’ by redefining veterinary healthcare space... A sports enthusiast, have been an active sportsperson throughout. Enjoy watching tournaments & playing Cricket & Hockey. Have played some corporate cricket matches.Music for all seasons & all reasons- is what I live by! Love listening to Old Hindi Numbers, Sufi, Rock & Roll, Blues. My choice of music ranges from Kishore, Asha, RD, Abida Parveen to Beatles, Eagles, Bruce Springsteen, Led Zeppelin, Queen, BB King, Eric Clapton, Santana... you get it!Have traveled quite a lot through India, Asia & Europe. Enjoy exploring places, culture & food. Whatever time I have left after this, I love spending it with a good book or watching a thriller or action movie.I draw strength from my family and am enjoying my 7 year old son steadily become my best buddy.
