Secured FCC broadcast license for over the air FM radio station Designed broadcast system including: frequency search, engineering, tower site procurement, lease negotiations, installation of equipment to operate on 101.5 mHz serving the seacoast of NH and Maine. Oversaw channel change to 103.5 major mod and secured second new channel (the original channel) for new FM station. Coordinated sale of second radio station to group of Christian Broadcasters. Created 24 hour streaming radio stations for large, custom, international clothing retailer, worldwide house/trip-hop/nu-jazz music group and Jamaican orphanage and music school. Originated and performed over 350 episodes of "The Gourmet Lounge" Radio's first musical, cooking, variety show.

Negotiated seven figure financing and LMA partnership from an in-market CBS affiliate and six figure investment from Paramount Television for 10 year affiliation agreement. Negotiated and prepared Local Marketing Agreement with CBS affiliate to comply with FCC rules. Created "Placement Memorandum" and "Private Offering" documentation for multiple radio and television properties for sale, including engineering study's designed to maximize value. Created FM translator study software designed to assist clients with 2003 "translator window" auction applications.Created five independent, owned corporations to operate Broadcast Television stations throughout the United States. Engineered locations for new broadcast facilities in Markets 50-125 to maximize UHF television signal to cover maximum population and create maximum value for each facility. Prepared engineering studies and filed five broadcast applications with the Federal Communications Commission. Oversaw channel migration to Digital during the DTV transition. Point person for FCC regulatory compliance and responsible to corporate CEO of both companies.WLWC Channel 28 - Providence, RI - General Manager -Oversaw relocation and reconstruction of 860 foot television tower. (1.2 million budget) Negotiated land buyouts adjoining landowners of tower to comply with local zoning ordinance. Contracted local zoning attorney and created plan to comply with zoning laws for operation of tower. Oversaw transmitter construction and implemented Local Marketing agreement with Channel 10 WJAR (NBC) Providence, RI #53 DMAWNAL Channel 44 Gadsden, AL - Project Specialist - Re-engineered tower location to "move" station closer (28 miles) to Birmingham. #42 DMA. Negotiated land lease for new tower construction.
