CurrentAs a Technical Support Apprentice at Stream Networks, I am gaining valuable hands-on experience while working towards industry-recognized qualifications. My key responsibilities include:Support Request Management: Efficiently handle support requests via our portal, telephone, or email. Take full ownership, monitoring until resolution to ensure timely and effective support for clients.Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls promptly, providing consistent and reliable customer service.Adherence to Procedures: Follow Stream Networks' processes, procedures, and policies to maintain high standards of service and compliance.Service Setup and Maintenance: Manage the setup and cancellation of customer services, including hardware configuration and installation, to ensure seamless service delivery.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on all required systems to support operational efficiency and transparency.Task Flexibility: Approach a wide variety of tasks flexibly, including assignments from different departments or working from offsite locations like customer sites or data centers.System Monitoring: Continuously monitor our core/internal infrastructure, systems, and services to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Continuous Learning: Acquire technical knowledge and practical application of Stream Networks products and services, contributing to professional growth and customer benefit.Business Administration: Perform additional business administration tasks as required to support overall company operations.This apprenticeship is provided through Baltic Apprenticeships and includes studying for the CompTIA Network+ certification as well as a Level 4 Network Engineering qualification.
