Conner Bales is a motivated, energetic business student with a strong work ethic. Through his current enrollment at the W.P. Carey School of Business he has learned the importance of discipline, tenaciousness, and building meaningful relationships with staff and students alike. A strong student with a goal-driven mindset, he has been awarded the Dean’s Scholarship for three consecutive years. While pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management and Sustainability he has gone the extra mile by joining clubs such as the Supply Chain Management Association. He also embraces challenges to invest his time with more knowledge, holding a seat on the executive board of the Sun Devil Leverage Capital Club as Human Capital Chair. Outside of duties on campus, Conner has held jobs at restaurants and ride services for most of his undergraduate education. Through these positions he has gained important life skills such as time management, maintaining a positive work, life, and education balance. As an employee he has been a reliant, flexible worker working multiple positions such as server, busser, and host when needed. A risk-taker, Conner took a semester abroad in Barcelona, Spain to immerse himself in a new culture and touch up on his Spanish.
