I have worked within the Aircraft Maintenance industry and for Serco for over 3 years with the main part of my time working as an Apprentice building up a new skill that I hadn't done before and becoming fully qualified for my job through the education provided at Serco. Also I was able to improve my skills of communication and working within a team which has allowed me to progress to work full time in a Fitters Mate position. Previous to this I have worked at a restaurant and cafe where I learnt to work with customers to provide a service to the best standard. I also learned how to work within a team and communicate with colleagues to provide information, delegate work loads for smooth operating and better time management on tasks.
