In my role as IT Support Desk Technician, I replaced over 60 different laptops and desktops to empower the company to work efficiently. I also dealt with day-to-day requests, which ranged from close customer service to going out onto the production floor to replace or investigate broken equipment. I used multiple administrative programs to manage accounts, enable permissions, enable and disable accounts, and reset passwords.

We were given a list of tasks to do each day, and we had to divide and plan how to accomplish all tasks within the day as a group. Large amounts of independent work and daily responsibilities to maintain the landscaping and public facilities of Falls Park.

Only during the winter months. Supervised an outdoor ice rink, rented out skates, and managed the funds, which included picking up and dropping off money, filling out deposit slips, and handling transactions with customers.

Helped care for and teach children ages 5 and up. Responsible for cleaning the room at the end of each day, reprimanding and teaching children social skills, as well as basic math and reading skills. Over the summers we were responsible for preparing lunch and snacks.
