My role as an assistant project manager for Elevate a social enterprise, wholly owned by Gipsil, requires me to help deliver projects and programs of work for Gipsil. I help to assist clients undertaking projects, manage facilities, as well as day-to-day repairs and maintenance. • Manage projects from concept through to completion which includes site moves, refurbishment projects, maintenance & repairs, planning and oversight of large-scale construction projects. In addition, being the lead consultant managing the whole process and reporting directly to the Operations Manager and the client. • Marketing the services that Elevate has to offer and helping to gain new business relationships through our website, social media and social events in person. • Pricing up consultancy, construction and maintenance works. Also, putting together feasibility costings for project timelines and managing the budget throughout the lifetime of the project ensuring that each project is delivered on time and within budget.• Pulling together the necessary expert consultants, partners and stakeholders to enable the design and delivery of successful projects. • Facilities manage a number of buildings ensuring that the necessary statutory checks are completed in a timely manner to meet the maintenance plan, ensuring that all buildings are safe and well maintained. This includes all types of buildings - commercial, domestic, healthcare facilities and educational facilities.

Provide apprenticeship and commercial contract support and maintain efficient and effective internal systems, processes and auditable records to ensure funding regulations are met. Working towards an agreed internal contracting process which covers all aspects relating to the contracting of apprenticeships and commercial training.• Produce high-quality contracts in a timely manner, ensuring contracts and service level agreements are checked for accuracy and are authorised by employers. • Carry out internal audits on contractual documents to ensure they meet funding guidelines.• Works in partnership with the finance department to inform them of new apprenticeship and commercial agreements to support forecasted income.• Ensure LMS/CRM and associated data systems are updated regularly with contractual information.• Provide support with chasing payments following the issuing of invoices.• Maintain a robust electronic filing and archiving system. • Provide general administrative support to members of the Business Development team.
