Currently, I am the Operations and Service Manager for Patterson Medical. I have been with Patterson since January, 2011. My Operation Manager duties include overseeing our branch facility, technicians, invoicing, ordering, and all day to day operations. As Service Manager I am responsible for consistently increasing our service growth, seeking out new customers, meeting with therapists, hospital staff, doctors and clinic owners to set up service contracts and finding ways we can best support them.Through my role with Patterson Medical I have gained great experience working directly with hospital and rehab facility staff. Working alongside our sales force, brainstorming ways how the service department can support our sales department, resulting in both increased service and sales revenue for the company. It has also been a great opportunity to learn from knowledgeable and experienced reps to expand and improve my sales and service ability.Prior to joining Patterson Medical, I spent five years with Metron Medical in the manufacturing industry. There I had the opportunity to help grow our sales by representing Metron at conventions across the country, educating dealers and sales reps on our equipment, and introducing new products. I was also Customer Service Manager, duties including managing customer accounts, managing employees, and helping customers with quotations, orders, proper equipment use and technical service.In my almost nine years in the healthcare industry I have had great opportunities to job shadow, network with, and work alongside very knowledgeable and skilled people. I’ve also have a growing knowledge of different types of equipment and medical devices. With my communication skills and passion for working with people, my goal is to expand more into the sales side of this business. I am hungry to learn more and further my career and future in this industry.
