- Participate in pre-camp staff training, while becoming familiar with and implement camp policies, procedures, and philosophies.- Assume full responsibility for and supervision of 30 campers per session.- Provide appropriate supervision and instruction to each camper in all settings and activities.- Encourage and facilitate camper’s participation in all activities.

Responsible for assisting the men’s basketball coaching staff in implementing and directing all phases of a competitive NCAA Division I basketball program. • Assist head coach in all aspects of the administration of the men’s basketball program at University of South Florida.• Organizing and planning practices and game strategies. • Cutting and putting together game video and practice video• Demonstrate a philosophy that emphasizes academic priorities for student-athletes.• Monitor student-athletes' academic progression.• Develop and implement plans and strategies for practices and competition.• Understand and comply with NCAA Division I, conference and University rules and regulations.• Support the men’s basketball team and head coach by assisting with all phases of the program’s development.

Responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction, working as a team member, and developing new ideas to improve service to a demanding clientele.

- Responsible for mentoring, coaching, and teaching the game of basketball through drills, preaching teamwork and commitment.- Assisted with developing and improving campers skills.- Provided guidelines to the players on various game related issues.- Created and maintained practice and game schedules for attendees. - Executed stations to improve players individual abilities.- Assisted with building character, team pride and morals in all aspects of living through basketball related exercises.
