At VCHR I mainly assisted on projects concerning housing and affordability for the state and other public entities. I coauthored a report commissioned by Governor Terry McAuliffe, "Addressing the Impact of Housing for Virginia’s Economy" where I focused on housing affordability and needs across a spectrum of income groups. I completed in-depth housing profiles for each county and independent city within Virginia's unique Planning District Committees(PDCs). I also compiled and organized other miscellaneous data for use by the rest of the research team, using mainly Microsoft Excel, and also R Studio. I have also conducted literary reviews of the Low Income Homeownership Equity Gap and Baby Boomers' Housing Preferences.

I established an updated broker list for the company which contained over 2000 business contacts. I learned extensively about the commercial real estate market within Washington, D.C., both retail and commercial. I utilized my skills in Microsoft Excel to organize and sort data regarding clientele and their information. I toured a multitude spaces and learned how to determine their most effective and efficient uses through development and leasing. I used CoStar and other means in helping to create a comprehensive future development outlook for the H-Street Corridor in Washington, D.C.
