- Oversees all the digital resources and marketing for Germanna’s Academic Center for Excellence (ACE). - Responsible for website updates using Drupal and utilizes Google Analytics to track website usage.- Creates digital marketing materials using the Adobe Suite, the Microsoft Suite, and Canva.- Contributed to a 10% increase in unique students using ACE’s Services during the Fall 2022 semester compared to the Fall 2021 semester.- Collaborates with my team to create digital content for the center’s website including academic handouts, video tutorials, and course modules.- Creates and manages content for the center’s Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube accounts. - Creates monthly and weekly reports on the center’s usage.- Develops and conducts workshops for Germanna students on how to use Google Apps, Canvas, and Zoom for their classes both online and in-person.

- Provided one-on-one academic support for students with disabilities online and in-person.- Communicated with students daily through email and phone to check in and set up appointments.- Tabled and assisted with in-person and online events to bring awareness to the department.
