I am part of the Nottinghamshire FA as a referee and this job role requires many responsibilities that I can use in other workforces. For example, I have had to referee young children all the way up to fully grown adults, meaning I am capable of dealing with people of all ages and different backgrounds. With this, I have also been selected a numerous amount of times to referee high-level academy games of more skilled footballers whilst being mentored, as well as being selected to referee a Premier League tournament which involves academies from all over the country.
