Assistant Manager
Current• Provide exceptional service by imputing customer orders, processing credit and cash transactions, and responding to questions and concerns from customers. • Work alongside the General Manager to lead, operate, and build a team of employees.• Hire, train and develop new employees to become the best version of themselves in and out of the kitchen.• Build sales by interconnecting with local businesses and schools around the area.• Communicate, manage invoices, and place orders with vendors to ensure par levels for inventory are met. • Take charge during busy hours and coordinate employees efficiently for optimal success.• Craft pizzas and hoagies by topping with the requested ingredients in a fast-paced high intensity environment.• Regulate product going in and out of the oven to ensure they are cooked thoroughly and accurately. • Coordinate delivery orders to ensure delivery efficiency.• Deliver pizzas and hoagies in a timely manner to a multitude of customers.• Prepping food for assigned areas.• Monitor and maintain clean working space and area to adhered standards• Assist other employees in the completion of their assigned tasks.• Complete opening, pre-close and close duties
