Assistant Manager
Current- Provide exceptional service by imputing customer orders, processing credit and cash transactions, and responding to questions and concerns from customers.
- Work alongside the General Manager to lead, operate, and build a team of employees.
- Hire, train and develop new employees to become the best version of themselves in and out of the kitchen.
- Build sales by interconnecting with local businesses and schools around the area.
- Communicate, manage invoices, and place orders with vendors to ensure par levels for inventory are met.
- Take charge during busy hours and coordinate employees efficiently for optimal success.
