I am passionate about the food industry, especially the area of food safety. I believe that each and every person has a right to a safe and wholesome food supply. My current position as a Food Safety Consultant with HACCP Assurance Services, serving Oklahoma and surrounding states provides me with the opportunity to connect my passion with interested food producers, manufacturers, processors, packers, and storage facilities to ensure food is produced in a safe, efficient, and economical manner. My main area of service includes assisting the food industry with coming into compliance with federal and state food regulations and conducting food safety related training programs, however, I am available to consult on any and all issues faced by any sector of the food industry. My graduate research project focused on the reduction of various pathogens from fresh produce and in-shell nuts.
