• Responsible for creation and review of operator work instructions for Pratt & Whitney Columbus Forge Blades Center. • Worked in collaboration with a team of Engineers from Cyient and Pratt Whitney to create and manage work instructions for multiple part families throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic. • Coordinated project objectives for a remote engineering team located in Connecticut in an effort for them to provide aid to high priority goals within our project. • Participated in routine meetings with key engineering personnel at Pratt & Whitney to discuss and plan project status and solve issues.

• Utilized Process Flow Diagrams and Instrumentation Diagrams to create training materials for current and new plant operators. These training materials covered multiple chemical process plants including wastewater management and the manufacture of BPA, Phosgene and Chlorine. • Performed safety and reliability audits across the workplace in accordance to OSHA standards to minimize safety risks and equipment failures. • Observed routine maintenance on equipment such as pumps, valves, piping, manifolds, and chemical storage tanks.• Reviewed engineering pipe calculations from engineering contractors to ensure correctness. • Worked in collaboration with HR to create a training program for new and current operators to streamline required operator certifications by compiling data of certification due dates, creating certification courses, and training large quantities of operators simultaneously.
