Directly oversee over 500 sales representatives throughout the United States.

 Acquired and consolidated various product lines for personal day-planners aimed at the college student market. Hired and directed a team of designers to rebrand company and create new products and designs to better target untapped markets. Expanded company sales by creating and hosting multiple websites, and gaining entry into over 200 college bookstores. Regularly oversaw and conducted payroll and accounting responsibilities.

 Recruited, hired, trained, and managed over 100 sales representatives over the course of 3 years, generating $7,500,000 in organic revenue. Opened 5 new offices in previously untouched markets. Played a primary role in increasing customer base by 300%
