I am an outgoing hardworking person, who's just trying make a difference. I want to do my part, and with time improve and reach a leadership position through which I can make a strong long lasting impact with my company. I feel as though everyone has the opportunity for greatness, but its those who really want it; whom have the determination and knack to fight for it, they are the ones that will cross the finish line with the gold. As a United states Marine, this is my mindset, I will strive to work the hardest in order to achieve my goals. Even when you think you have made it, there's always room for improvement, always another step you can take to make yourself that much better. But it's not always about helping yourself, working with others goes just as far. There's only so much one can accomplish by his/herself, operating as a team, sharing idea's, picking each other up, is also a form of leadership. I can work with whatever life throws at me because I know; success isn't Given, it's earned.
