My tenure at Papa John's in Laporte, Indiana started as an in-store employee that helped with food preparation, making pizzas, working the cash register, and answering customer phone calls. I quickly became more interested in the customer side of my work requirements and was assigned to work the cash register more frequently due to guest communication skills. Continuing my guest relation experience I changed positions to a delivery driver. This decision gave me more experience with each unique guest interaction and helped build my communication skills to understand guests and their differing situations.
