I assisted in the coaching of Shot Put and Disc at the Show Low high school for the players of the track team. Many of these players went on to be highly competitive in their events and one of these players would go on to be in the top 5 throwers in the nation for high school.

During my time at Little Caesars I started as a crew member but quickly jumped to a leadership position in 6 months time working there. Then a year later I was placed into the assistant manager position and was also strongly considered for the position of manager at the store while applying for the assistant manager position. Under my leadership and the leadership of my manager our store came to produce as much money as stores in Phoenix AZ produced, about 40 thousand. We dis this with an area population of about 25,000 people. I was credited for running the store with high efficiency and productivity even on Friday nights when we would sell up to 600 or more pizzas, and other items, in the evening which was just a 6 hour period of time. Many co workers enjoyed having me as their management leader on shift for my ability to keep calm in stressful situations and assist others in their work and uplift and inspire others to do better in an upbeat and positive way.
