At APEC, I've coached many clients and athletes with varying backgrounds, including kids aged 4-18, adults, and Adaptive paraplegics. I've designed both in-person and online exercise programs for these clients on a daily basis. I ensure my passion for this career is reflected in all my interactions, and I believe that, as an exercise specialist, I should demand excellence from myself at all times to be the standard for those I coach. I am the one staying late to ensure things get done to standard and working weekends to check up on clients and edit their program accordingly. Health and fitness is a constant endeavor, so as a coach in this field I should be constantly available for guidance.
