As an Account Executive, I had the pleasure of working directly with over 35 Association Partners across 8 different states, 102 Marketing Representatives, 12 District Managers and 2 Regional Managers. My role and function was to strengthen our partnerships through delivering presentations, coordinating events, managing a $1.1 million marketing budget and delivering on Federated Insurance's promises to bring value to our Association Partners and their great members with content, presence and funding. This role was extremely demanding from travel, attention and organizational stand points making sure that no detail was missed. Working closely with my team, we were able to have success with 100% retention and growth of 2 new association partners. This was a very rewarding role!
