While working at webhelp I was based in the store liaison department for our new campaign with Sainsbury's as a client where our main role was to help customers with issues regarding card payment issues with their online order, during my time here I was given the facilities to send outbound call cases to myself and my colleaguesso we could help customers who may not have received a text or email about payment issues rectifythe problem with their online groceries order. As the contract with Sainsbury's was brand new we had to take the work load from other departments from time to time helping customers with delivery, refund and voucher issues and helping them inother ways if we could ensuring the customers always had a quality and fulfilling experience while we helpedwith their online groceries order from Sainsbury's

As a CSA at NCP my role was to ensure our car parks were safe, clean and that everything was inworking order. In pairs or alone I would conduct regular patrols of the sites to assist with any customer queries orproblems and if there was any vagrant or loiterers I would move them on, occasionally with assistancefrom PCSOs. We would also have to safely dispose of any sharps left behind by the vagrants i.esyringes and other paraphernalia to ensure the safety of our customers. Another part of the jobs wasto keep the POF Machines running smoothly making sure the card readers were working, solving anynote or coin jams and replenishing ticket and receipt rolls, I would also be tasked with filling out paperwork, incident reports mostly if I've had to phone an ambulance on someone or have been threatenedby individuals on site, near misses for when I find trip hazards sharp edges and pot holes, lost propertyforms and logging visitors into the visitor book.

Full-time seasonal Calibration technician (Trainee) Allied Aerosystems are an avionics and metrology centre providing a service of traceable calibrationand repair of test and measurement equipment. My role as a trainee calibration technician within the pressure laboratory was to oversea the calibrationof analogue and digital pressure gauges in order to meet customer or British standards. This required hands on approach to identifying the ranges of pressure gauges attachment of correctconnections to a Jofra pump, and producing test result sheets, and certifications. This also involved using an internal database, along with Microsoft word, and Excel and usingcalculations to identify any failures to meet specifications and converting pressure into the differentstandards ie BAR PSI. As a trainee I also received in-house health and safety training, which included use and identification offire extinguishers.
