CurrentOperates a consulting practice focused on mobility transformation in both the commercial and consumer segments. Primary focus is on acting as an advisor, engaging strategic and financial investors to identify, vet and onboard new acquisitions & partnerships, develop growth plans, and facilitate the implementation of those plans. My most recent engagement was a four year project with a tier one North American telco. We identified, vetted and acquired two founder-led SaaS businesses, and I facilitated their entry into the US market.Has deep domain knowledge within the transportation and logistics sectors. My primary interest is in contributing to the transformation of traditional models in these markets.Key Achievements:• Serve as executive advisor in the acquisition of transportation and logistics software companies.• Facilitated strategic acquisitions resulting in 82% growth for client companies• Increased client portfolio value by $30M through successful SaaS company acquisitions• As Executive in Residence for a private equity firm, played a key role in facilitating the strategic acquisition of SaaS businesses within the Cold Chain and Telematics sectors.• Researched over 400 fleet telematics companies, developed acquisition thesis for clients, and executed two acquisitions for large North American telco. I also lead the US market launch for these companies.
