-Directs and oversees the strategic planning, development, and execution of a high-impact and comprehensive alumni engagement experience for Duke Law’s 12,000+ alumni worldwide-Fosters authentic and impactful connections between influential stakeholders and the school’s academic initiatives and programs-Manages the team responsible for facilitating a robust schedule of in-person and virtual programs for alumni, including regional events, on-campus programs, and virtual engagement opportunities-Hired, onboarded, and trained new teammates within the first year of promotion, integrating them into the team and equipping them to add immediate value to the department; provides ongoing coaching and managerial support for teammates including check-ins and annual performance review cycles-Oversees programmatic aspects of Duke Law Reunion Weekend, an annual convening of over 500 alumni with the vision of connecting alumni in service of personal and professional growth and ensuring Duke Law’s sustainability via the Reunion Gift Campaign -Liaises with alumni board members and university leaders to facilitate strong communication, provide streamlined updates, and collaborate on strategic departmental initiatives-Provided stability and accountability as Interim Director during a critical leadership transition; was promoted to Director after 3 months in the Interim position

-Managed 100 regional alumni volunteers across 20 regions-Spearheaded the creation of new alumni programs - including virtual events and regional programming - to extend reach and inclusivity across diverse alumni populations-Established and advised a student volunteer network to support meaningful student and alumni interactions-Nurtured key partnerships with alumni, leading to increased volunteerism, mentorship opportunities, and career networking among alumni

-Restructured the regional volunteer program and instituted an entry-level volunteer opportunity for recent alumni to more readily engage after graduation-Designed and implemented Duke Law Live!, a flagship faculty speaker series within the Forever Learning initiative that draws alumni back to the school for a night of learning and engagement

-Planned and executed Elon’s Summer Welcome Events, a series of 30 regional events for all incoming parents and students-Oversaw detailed project plans and timelines for Elon’s annual Family Weekend, a 3-day event for 5,000+ stakeholders

-Oversaw a portfolio of 1,200 Elon alumni, serving as the key point of contact and ensuring their ongoing engagement and connection with the university -Drove a 10% increase in portfolio donors within a single year, significantly boosting alumni contributions across fiscal years
