My name Is Conner Daugherty, I'm pursuing my BBA in Finance at the University of Cincinnati. I was born and raised in Dublin, OH. My goal is to graduate in the spring of 2016 and begin working in the field of investment banking and investment planning. I aspire to attend Law School before age 30 so that I may use my legal knowledge to pursue new opportunities in our recovering and growing financial market! I am a member of the Gamma Beta chapter of Phi Kappa Tau where I served two years as the Philanthropy Chairman. I am a member of the UC Mock Trial Team, the Finance Club, and the International Business Club. On breaks I work as an Operations Supervisor at my local SteaknShake to help pay my way through school. I am very active in volunteer efforts around Cincinnati through the Campus Center for Community Engagement. I am the acting manager and co-founder for HoosierHouse, an audio/visual DJ group based here in Cincinnati. I am very ambitious and I have great hopes for my future. I am currently looking for an internship in my respective field for the Summer or Fall of 2015!.

  Responsible for overseeing store operations and sales. Supervising employee and customer interactions as well as ensuring the continuity of quality and standard of services rendered under my shift. I am responsible for monitoring labor efficiency, food costs, sales statistics, employee conduct, and progress in regards to corporate sanctioned standards and goals. Managerial duties include staffing and scheduling, auditing of sales and cash in-take, employee training/discipline, filing end-of-day deposits and paperwork, employee observations, and mediating disputes. If I was asked, I would say my primary focus was ensuring a firm team-work mentality in order to foster an environment that is conducive to constant improvement, a sense of pride in the place we work, and a desire to turn working in a restaurant into something to be proud of.
