Under general supervision performs maintenance troubleshooting research and fact-finding to respond to hardware (desktop telephony clinical equipment) software network (data and voice) and enterprise applications issues/requests in support of CHS patient and non-patient care areas. Oversee infrastructure deployment. Troubleshoot client issues with office hardware and software. Epic Encompass Hyperdrive testing and troubleshooting while cooperating with Epic Analysts. Patching network jacks. Installation and imaging of PC’s, VOIP Telephones, and monitors for individual and shared workstations. Installation and setup of new and replacement network HP printers and related devices. Installation and setup for Topaz card readers, hand scanners, Imprivata badge taps, HP document scanners, signature pads, webcams and other necessary peripherals. Collaborate in a team environment to solve large scope issues. In-person interaction with clients to create optimal workflow environment. Daily use of speadsheets data collection, and Microsoft teams for collaboration. Planning of day-to-day operations of project team. Training of new team members and solving individual and team related issues as they arise. Other tasks assigned as needed.
