As an IT & Proposal Manager at NEOEx Systems, Inc., a high-growth startup in the defense contracting space, I am responsible for implementing and managing Information Technology and Cyber Security, ensuring compliance with CMMC regulations. I have become well-versed in Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform, Defender for Endpoint, Purview, Intune/MDM, Sentinel SIEM and Azure. Learning these skills has allowed me to help manage growth while maintaining compliance, as well as design solutions for problems across all areas of the business. I wear many hats in my role and one of those is coordinating proposals for new contracts. From technical writing to making sure a proposal is submitted on time, I coordinate efforts to ensure high probability wins. My efforts thus far have led to over $2M in contract award wins. I bring an entrepreneurial spirit along with a strong background in business and IT management to solve tomorrow's problems, today. As a serial entrepreneur, I am also proud to announce the start of my latest side-hustle: TechMait Solutions. TechMait is an IT services business that implements and manages secure IT environments for small businesses using Microsoft solutions.
