Megan has also committed herself to learn more about the technical side of our business: she has climbed turbines and performed Quality Control checks on our manufacturer maintenance (Scheduled Services). She has gained an incredible amount of knowledge about our core business, our turbines (Suzlon S88) and what it takes to maintain the Balance of Plant (BOP) at the Kittitas Valley Wind Power Project. Megan has taken on the management of all SAP entry and transaction creation for KV. She creates Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders as well as PM Notifications and Work Orders. She can often create these from simple, single line emails sent from us while in the field. She manages these SAP transactions within the system to ensure that they are being processed properly, contain all supporting documentation and are being approved promptly by the responsible parties. She also maintains a fleet wide SAP tracking spreadsheet that she distributes twice a week. This document keeps us on track and allows us to stay current with our SAP work. Megan’s work ethic and positive attitude have become invaluable to me. Her performance is truly exceptional and I believe she is easily worth much more than her current compensation in the role of Operations Administrator."
