• Support the marketing team in completing day-to-day activities and responsibilities• Responsible for inventory and upkeep of over $50,000 worth of merchandise on the Georgia Pacific Packaging & Cellulose Inventory Store• Work with third party vendors to design and order merchandise for customer events and giveaways• Perform marketing research to continuously update the Packaging & Cellulose website blog• Assist in event planning for 68 customers to attend the 2015 Masters including creating itineraries, design and compilation of gift sets, and restaurant & transportation bookings

• Undergo constant customer interaction in the merchandise selection and organization process. • Schedule and hold consignment appointments, tag and hang merchandise, and maintain consistent organization of merchandise on the floor to increase store efficiency and turnaround.• Help design and implement new internal and external store policies, such as merchandise consignment limits, item return policies, and a positive customer relations policy.• Conduct customer-facing communications, both personally and via phone calls and emails.• Learned how to operate various POS and Customer Inventory systems to track daily sales activities and consignor history

• Silent Auction solicitation- managing outreach, updating tracking documents and managing an organized process for communicating with the auction committee• Entering auction items into the Bidpal database• Create and manage 2014 Wish Ball documents and spreadsheets• Assist with management of corporate and patron reservations• Manage weekly e-mails to update auction/sponsorship committees on gap to goal
