I am a student at the University of Minnesota Duluth studying Exercise Science planning on going into Exercise Physiology. I have previously worked as a golf shop assistant which gave me great customer communication skills as well as time management. I also worked as a mover which gave me great opportunities to communicate with coworkers, management, and a diverse group of clientele. In school, I have taken courses relating to Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, Motor Learning and Control, Exercise Physiology, Aerobic training, Resistance training, Principles of Resistance Training, Exercise Adherence, Clinical Exercise Physiology, Human Biomechanics, Exercise Testing and Prescription, and Exercise Metabolism/Nutrition.
