Their warehouse, corporate office, and only company retail store reside in the Houston, Texas area. Paring with warehouse employees to restock inventory, maintain display shelves, and keeping the high-traffic store clean results in high sales and happy customers.-Hired as RTIC's youngest retail store employee at Houston location-Restocking inventory, refilling display items, and helping customers for RTIC's only retail store requires long work long days and remaining calm/patient with customers-Worked with a group of 6 others to work a day's shift (9:00am-5:00pm) including opening and closing duties-Leared how to interact with customers and answer questions in a retail store revealed the importance of being able to think from the customer's perspective

- Practiced six days a week including drills, scrimmages, lifting, watching film, etc.- Played in two roughly 25 game seasons including tournaments around the Houston area and divisional games- Lead the team in my second year to the most division wins in 5 years- Communicated with referees during games and relayed messages to teammates about rules and foul calls- Facilitated good chemistry and motivated players to play as one unit and play together

Beginning work as a team member at Jamba, but quickly earned a promotion to Team Lead, but the store was unfortunately shut down after over a year of work.-Promoted as Jamba Juice's youngest Team Lead-Lead 2 other Team Members during a shift, including opening or closing duties-Overlooked Team Members, handled machines, handled money, answered phone calls, made smoothies, etc. (managing duties)-Learned the value of hard work, sacrifice, and integrity and the basics of working in retail and the service industry

The Grant-a-Starr foundation is an organization that funds the research and development of technology and medicine capable of earlier diagnoses. The foundation was started after Grant Starr, whose tragically passed away by an unknown childhood infection. In an attempt to prevent other kids from enduring what Grant did, the Grant-a-Starr foundation has an annual fun run to raise money and bring people together for the cause.-Raised $50,000 from the fun run for the Grant-a-Starr foundation that went toward medical research and development-Planned 2018 Fun Run with a committee of about 20, including location, time, racer numbers and equipment, gift baskets, etc.-Raised money in small groups by finding sponsors at local stores, restaurants, and other companies-Advertised the run for two months prior, using posters, social media, and word of mouth
