Directs production and inventory control, order fulfillment, and materials storage. Directs production planning and scheduling based on sales forecasts. Maintains inventory levels to ensure deliveries occur within customer timelines. Maintains and ensures accuracy of the perpetual inventory system. Works with purchasing department to schedule delivery of materials, supplies, and equipment. Oversees shipping and receiving functions related to purchased parts and finished goods. •Hires, trains and supervises all campus student financial services employees; plans, assigns, and directs work; and addresses employee inquiries. •Interprets and institutes student financial policies to assure that the department complies with state, federal and College regulations. •Determines student eligibility and awarding of financial aid. Monitors student academic progress to ensure students on probation are not awarded financial aid. •Reconciles and prepares financial aid tracking and metric reports •Conducts and complies with internal and external audit requirements.•Participates in the budgeting and decision-making process to ensure achievement of departmental and institutional goals.
