Connie Becker has a Masters Degree in Business Administration and has worked as a paralegal for almost 20 years, mostly in securities litigation. Connie is a team member at Ledbetter & Associates, PA and has played a key role in hundreds of securities arbitration cases. The cases Connie has worked on have involved claims dating back from the 2000 dot com crash to the more recent credit crisis. She has extensive experience on cases involving stock options, commodities, mutual funds, ETFs, structured finance and variable rate annuities. Her daily efforts have been focused on helping investors to understand and navigate through the securities arbitration process. Connie earned a Bachelor of Arts in German Studies from Western Washington University, a Paralegal Certificate from Highline College in Seattle, Washington, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She is an associate member of ACFE, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Connie also serves as an arbitrator and actively recruits new arbitrators for securities arbitration. A native of the Pacific Northwest, she currently enjoys the sunshine of South Florida where she lives with her husband and children.
